About Us

Meet the Team

At PMI Bluffton HHI, our foundation is built on integrity, trust, and a commitment to exceptional service. Our values have been shaped by a lifetime of service, family, and deep roots in the Lowcountry.

Ed is a graduate of the United States Naval Academy and a retired U.S. Marine Corps officer, having served 23 years as a fighter pilot and combat veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom. Through every deployment and every move, Jeannie was the steady anchor of the family. She earned her real estate licenses in both North Carolina and South Carolina, adapting to new communities, building relationships, and creating a sense of home wherever the Marine Corps sent them. Together, they experienced firsthand the challenges of owning property from afar and the importance of having a trustworthy, dependable property manager.

After years of military service and raising their family across the country, the Lowcountry is where their hearts have always belonged. Their children grew up in the Carolinas and attended Clemson University and the University of South Carolina, and the family remains deeply connected to the community, their church, and the people who make this region special. As a locally owned and family‑operated business, PMI Bluffton HHI reflects the values they live by: treating others with kindness, serving with humility, and caring for every client as if they were part of the family.

Today, Ed and Jeannie bring their combined experience, discipline, and heart to property owners throughout Bluffton, Hilton Head, and the surrounding Lowcountry. Backed by the strength of a top‑rated national franchise and powered by state‑of‑the‑art technology, they provide professional, full‑service residential property management with a personal touch. Their mission is simple: maximize owner income, protect long‑term property value, and provide the kind of dependable, relationship‑centered care that gives owners true confidence and peace of mind.
